The consumer’s legal rights are regulated by the Consumer Protection Act
\nA consumer is a physical person who supplies goods or services for the
\npurpose of the market which are not intended for his business or other
\ncommercial activities (Article 5, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Consumer
\nProtection Act). Customers who use the camera for business purposes
\nor other commercial activities are not considered as consumers,
\nand are not subject to the Law onConsumer protection. The duration of liability for conformity is 24 months, starting from the date of purchase. The 24-month period applies exclusively to
\nconsumers which electrical appliance is used for purposes other than
\nbusiness purpose or other commercial activity.
\nCustomers who are not subject to the consumer protection law are
\nprovided a 12 month warranty.<\/p>\n

Procedure in case of non-conformity of electrical appliance<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of non-conformity, contact the seller
\nwhen the product is purchased, with the product purchased and with
\nproof ofshopping. The person in charge of receipt of complaints will
