Urban Pro UV / LED hybrid base is a new base coating used as a permanent lacquer substrate, can be used to correct nails because it perfectly mimics the gel. At the same time it hit the reconstruction of the nail as it strengthened and protected the nail tile. It uses a self-leveling formula and is therefore very easy to use. It is available in 4 shades: Transparent, Light Pink, Pink and Dark Pink.
